Science fair
Prospect Valley PTA sponsors a school-wide Science Fair with over 80 students participating each year. Students in grades K-6 identify a science question and experiment to find an answer. Students must record their data and write a conclusion. An evening Science Prospect Valley PTA sponsors a school-wide Science Fair with over 80 students participating each year. Students in grades K-6 identify a science question and experiment to find an answer. Students must record their data and write a conclusion. An evening Science Fair celebration is held for students and families where students display their work. The Science Fair is held in April in conjunction with the Spring Fling.
Date: April 20, 2020 from 5-8 p.m.

Volunteer Opportunities:
- Help obtain "freebies" or incentives for participants.
- Help on the day of the Science Fair.
- Help with kids' science workshops after school.
- Help copy and distribute packets.
- Help with student check-in and set up before school (7:30-8:10 a.m.).
- Bring snacks for workshops.
